Due to this unprecedented health emergency, we have temporarily suspended our refund and return policies. To ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, All Sales are Final.

We normally process orders within same business day of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping with USPS. Time 3 to 6 business days. Free shipping with USPS First Class within all States. USPS Priority is available-fee applies.
Returns Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with the products you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a replacement or a credit. Please let us know in advance, so you can begin a return process. We will gladly accept returns caused by our error. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 15% restocking charge of the receipt will be applied to all returns. No merchandise can be returned past 7 days of the receipt; for all credits or exchanges prior authorization is required.
Buyers are responsible for shipping fee when returning an item.
Damages:
Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed.
Pricing:
Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Item prices listed on our website do not include shipping charges, special handling, duties or taxes.
International Shipping Policy
Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping offers do not apply to International orders.
We offer fast, reliable shipping via USPS International. In some countries, USPS may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.
Important Notice Regarding International Shipments:

We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. These fees are determined by a local customs office and Alternative Medicine Acupuncture cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred.

Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are shipping are legal and do not require additional permits to receive. Restrictions around items can change from time to time so checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of items is strongly recommended.
International Customer Addresses
To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.
International Tracking information
We currently do not provide tracking information for international packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is processed and shipped by our shipping center. Please email us at info@altmedacu.com if your package is taking an extended period of time to be delivered. We will track the package with the carrier to understand the delay.
