One of the most important elements is bee honey. The honey contains over 70 useful substances and vitamins; honey is a mandatory ingredient for any tea, but it is important to follow a very important rule.
Bee honey should not be added to the boiling water.
Function: Bee honey has a strong anti-inflammatory, immune stimulating, antimicrobial and antioxidant action. It contains various active substances – phlovanoids, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. It has antimicrobial activity similar to antibiotics but has no side effects.
Start your day with cup of tea – create your habit of drinking every day. Continue taking through this autumn-winter season. You can safely make it by adding chamomile, mint, and thyme. Herbal products such as echinacea or ginseng have an excellent antimicrobial and immunostimulatory action too; especially with those who want more energy. Plus it is great substitute for coffee.
You can sweeten the tea with a spoonful of honey and squeeze some lemon juice. It is a powerful immunostimulator to fight the flu, but also works to improve the general condition of the body in people with anemia. It is recommended daily. As with any healing property, care must be taken and do not overdo it.
Contraindication: Diabetic patients, and those with severe allergic reactions. It should not be given to very young children, especially under 3!
